RAC Bulletin 2012-003E – New Quebec Director

Congratulations are extended to Mr. Sheldon M. Werner, VA2SH / VA6SH who was recently elected as the RAC Director for Quebec. Mr. Werner ran unopposed, eliminating the need for a balloted election. His role as Director will be for the remainder of a two year term which ends December 31, 2013. Mr. Werner has been a certified amateur operator since 1976 and has been involved +in many aspects of the hobby. He is currently serving as the Vice President for the Montreal Amateur Radio Club
